License

Last updated: April 29, 2026

This page explains how you may use Pythogen apps, downloads, branding, and related materials.

Unless a specific app includes a separate license file, the following license terms apply.

1. Personal use

You may download and use Pythogen apps for personal use, as long as you follow these license terms.

2. Educational use

You may use Pythogen apps for school, learning, personal projects, and educational purposes.

3. Commercial use

Commercial use is not automatically allowed unless the app page or license file clearly says it is allowed.

If you want to use a Pythogen app in a business, paid service, commercial workflow, or company environment, please contact us first: legal@pythogen.dev

4. Redistribution

You may not redistribute, reupload, mirror, sell, package, or host Pythogen apps on another website without written permission.

This includes uploading our apps to download sites, file-sharing platforms, software bundles, or your own website.

Users should download the official version only from: pythogen.dev

5. Modification

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or create unofficial versions of Pythogen apps unless the app is specifically released as open source or the license clearly allows it.

6. Selling or reselling

You may not sell Pythogen apps, claim them as your own, include them in paid bundles, or charge others for access to our downloads without written permission.

7. Branding

The Pythogen name, logo, app icons, product names, website design, and brand assets belong to Pythogen.

You may not use our branding in a way that suggests you own, operate, represent, or are officially partnered with Pythogen unless we have given permission.

8. Screenshots and reviews

You may use screenshots of Pythogen apps for reviews, tutorials, social posts, videos, articles, and educational content, as long as the content is not misleading and does not present Pythogen products as your own.

9. Updates

App updates may include changes to features, design, compatibility, and license terms. Continued use of updated versions means you accept the latest applicable terms.

10. Open-source components

Some Pythogen apps may use third-party open-source libraries. Those libraries remain governed by their own licenses.

Where required, license notices for third-party components may be included inside the app, documentation, or download package.

11. No warranty

Pythogen apps are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that they will work perfectly on every device or setup.
